75Hard.  Too legit to quit.

Today we left the house on time.  Around 5 am.  The puppies even cooperated this morning.  That gives us an hour to walk.  Some of us were crabby, some of us were happy.  Guess who was which?  LOL.   

Today was quite a busy day.  After the walk, I went to my chiropractor appointment.  It's amazing how much better I felt.

Right after that, I went to Walmart to pick up our online grocery order.  Didn't have to wait too long.

Came home and made a grocerty haul.  Here's that video.

Literally one minute after this video, my daughter comes up stairs and asks "Is it time to take the puppies to the groomer?"  Of course it is.  I thought I was going to get a couple minutes of rest.

But they look so much better and can't get dingle berries any more.

Ok. Ok.  Here is my check in.

1. Stick to a diet.

I did pretty good with my tracking.  I'll try to take a screen shot of my food each day.  I'm going to make the part of my diet goal.

I had 2 cups of Raisin Bran Crunch with a cup of Oberweiss milk.

Lunch I had 4 slices of lunch meat on two slices of bread with a Velveeta cheese slice and Miracle whip.  I also had 4 tablespoons of ranch dip with 2 services of Xochitl chips.  Quite yummy.  

Dinner I made chili. It's actually a pretty easy recipe and only took about 30 minutes from start to finish.  

First I sauted a copped onion and a pound of ground beef to the Instapot.  

Then I added kidney beans (rinsed, we don't like the extra sodium), a can of diced tomatoes, and a packet of chili seasoning.  

You could also add mushrooms but I forgot.  Pushed "Manual" for 20 minutes.  Once it went off we were ready to eat.  

Of course, I was a little extra and made chili dogs.  Hit the spot.

2. Do two 45-minutes workouts.

Done.  We walked for an hour this morning.  Then I went for a walk after dinner for 30 minutes.  

3. No alcohol or cheat meals.

No drinks.  No cheat meals.  

4. Drink a gallon of water.

Done.

5. Read 10 pages of an entrepreneurial book.

I'm still watching  Online Programs That Sell by Christian Michelson.  It's a 3 day program.  Today is day 3.  I think I'm going to have to watch some parts over again.
