75Hard. Not quite as hard this morning.
Today I woke up at 4:45 an on my own! Pretty amazing. We were all up on time and out the door walking by 5:00 am.
My back still hurts. I did make my chiropractor appointment for tomorrow morning. I can't wait!! I usually go to the chiropractor every month but haven't been able to during the quarantine.
1. Stick to a diet.
I didn't do so good with tracking but stuck to the diet.
I had 2 cups of honey nut cheerios and a few strawberries.
Lunch I had 10 chicken nuggets with some barbecue sauce. But not regular chicken nuggets...These nuggets came from the butcher. They were so good. They don't seem like they have nearly as many chemicals or preservatives.
Dinner I made flat chicken. That's when you take a whole chicken and I take the kitchen scissors and cute down the spine then flatten it on a cookie sheet. Hence the name...flat chick.
Then you spray the chicken with an non-stick spray. I used an olive oil spray. Sprinkled a little Himalayan salt, ground black pepper and garlic salt. Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about an hour.
OMG! So good. Kind of like a rotisserie. Oh...I should mention that the chicken came from the butcher as well. I'm pretty sure we are never buying meat from Wal-mart again.
For dessert, I had some cherry Jello with a banana, strawberries and cool whip. It was perfect.
2. Do two 45-minutes workouts.
Done. We walked for an hour this morning. Then I went for a walk after dinner for 30 minutes. I didn't want to do it, but I did it. Made me feel really good about myself.
3. No alcohol or cheat meals.
No drinks. No cheat meals.
4. Drink a gallon of water.
Today I finished my gallon of water around 7pm! I was hoping I wouldn't get up as much in the middle of the night, but I still got up twice.
5. Read 10 pages of an entrepreneurial book.
I'm still watching Online Programs That Sell by Christian Michelson. It's a 3 day program. Today is day 2.
6. Progress picture of the day.
Here is our video check in for Day 3.
