I couldn't get my ass up this morning. Thank you 75Hard.

Hannah actually had to wake me and Kate and 5:30 am.  Everyone was out of sorts and of course we were already running late...ugh.  

My back hurt bad too.  We were about to start walking and I had to do a little stretching.  That reminds me...I need to schedule a chiropractor appointment.

1. Stick to a diet.

Amazingly, I did pretty good with my meal tracking today.  Breakfast I had honey nut cheerios and a few strawberries with fat free milk.  

Lunch I had 3 hot dogs with buns with a serving of tortilla chips and dip.

Dinner was creamy salsa chicken.  I literally found this doing a Google search.  In case you don't know, that's my wife Kate...lol.  

2. Do two 45-minutes workouts.

I think this one is going to be a struggle for me...Kate, Hannah and I usually walk for an hour each morning...but I never seem to get that extra half hour done.  Maybe I should just plan on walking for an hour and half each morning.  I think that would be easier for me.  

3. No alcohol or cheat meals.

This one is pretty easy for me.  I'm not much of a drinker.  

I didn't have any cheat meals.  No snacks, little pieces of candy, nothing. 

4. Drink a gallon of water.

Amazingly, I drank my gallon of water today.  It is a miracle.  

You should know I'm not much of a water drinker.  I put Crystal Lite in my water to make it easier.  Today I drank Cherry-Limeade. Pretty tasty.

5. Read 10 pages of an entrepreneurial book.

I'm not a reader, so I'm watching an online course and working on my business.

Right now, I'm watching Online Programs That Sell by Christian Michelson.  It's pretty awesome.  It's always interesting to see what other business owners are doing.

6. Progress picture of the day.
